Well it has been a long time since I posted anything. We sold our house pretty quickly (just under 3 weeks) and purchased a new one. Our closing date is June 15th. I thought I would have to wait until then to post pictures, but I was able to download some of the pictures off of the MLS. So enjoy.
A nice 12 X 12 deck out back to relax on. We purchased some nice patio furniture that we can hardly wait to put out here.

Nice updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
We even have a family room. This is a gas fireplace but it will still be nice in the winter. There is also a half bath off the family room.
There is also surround sound wired in the family room but they are taking the equipment with them. I do have another one to put down here.
Hopefully we will have many years of enjoyment here. After we move in I will take more pictures. One of the things I like is all the flowers already coming up, although I plan to plant many more.
